2025 Nissan Kicks

The 2025 Nissan Kicks is available in three trims: S, SV, and SR. The base S trim comes equipped with 16-inch steel wheels with covers and LED headlights with signature accents. The SV trim has 17-inch steel wheels, black roof rails, and body-colored side mirrors with integrated turn signals. The SR trim elevates the exterior with 18-inch or available 19-inch Dark Gray aluminum-alloy wheels, a dark chrome V-motion grille, and tiered LED headlights. The SR also offers two-tone color options featuring a blacked-out rear pillar for a floating roof effect.

The 2.0-liter direct injection gasoline four-cylinder engine powers all Kicks models, generating 141 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and 140 pound-feet of torque at 4,000 rpm. This powertrain pairs with an Xtronic continuously variable transmission for smooth acceleration and efficient operation. Front-wheel drive comes standard, and all-wheel drive is now available for enhanced traction in all three trims. Drivers can select between Eco and Sport modes to optimize performance based on driving conditions.

The Kicks delivers responsive handling through its independent strut front suspension and torsion beam rear suspension. The SV and SR trims benefit from active ride control and intelligent trace control systems, while the SR adds intelligent engine braking for enhanced control. The electric power steering system provides precise maneuverability in tight urban spaces. Performance testing shows a 0 to 60 mph time of 10.4 seconds and a quarter-mile run of 17.8 seconds at 79.5 mph. FWD models attain 31 mpg combined, and AWD Kicks have an overall combined mileage of 30 mpg.

The Kicks' interior seats five passengers with increased cabin space. The S trim features a 7-inch advanced drive-assist display, while SV and SR trims upgrade to an 8-inch screen. All models include Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration as well as comfortable zero-gravity front seats. Other premium options include Prima-Tex upholstery with orange accents, automatic climate control, and push-to-start technology. Also available are a wider cargo opening, 60/40-split rear seats, wireless charging, and dual 12.3-inch displays.

Every Kicks comes equipped with Nissan Safety Shield 360, which includes curtain air bags, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, rear automatic braking, blind-spot warning, rear cross-traffic alert, lane departure warning, and high beam assist. Higher trims include additional safety features such as intelligent cruise control, intelligent lane intervention, blind-spot intervention, and a 360-degree camera.
